Today starts the new month of July! It has been very HOT here in St George also! Class today was kind of short and sweet. We talked about wikis and web quest. I am most excited about web quest because I think it will be a great tool to use in the classroom. We have to do a lesson plan and put it on web quest. It will be a challenge but fun. I'm not going to worry about class though until Tuesday! I'm leaving town! Happy 4th of July!

Class went better today....talked about google doc. and how to use it. We are supposed to upload our philosophy of education to google doc and have it peer reviewed by our group. I have been working on the rationales and trying to get a little bit ahead because we are going out of town for 4 days for the 4th and I won't have access to a computer. My husband thinks that all I do is homework! Haha!

We didn't have class today, just supposed to work on our own. I have been working on the assignments trying to get as many of them done as I can. We are leaving town for the 4th of July weekend and going camping at Pine Lake! I am so excited! It will be sooooo much cooler up there! I worked on my UEN classes today and really like it. There is a lot of information out there. I watched the Advanced Power Point video and also the Digital Story Telling video. I learned a lot in both of them.

Week 2 of our class started off pretty crazy! It was our first time with all of us in the Wimba room and it didn't go so well! Dr. Davis kept getting kicked off and there was all kinds of feedback from the sound. I hope it goes better next time! The rest of the day went great! Went to math class at 9am and then to lunch at Cafe Rio with my mom! Then Suni decided we should go on a 12 mile bike ride! It was 107 today! Well, we went and it was HOT! But is was way fun and good to get back on my bike again! I hadn't rode it since the Tri last weekend! Some drivers are so rude to bikers! I think that everyone should try riding at least once and then they will have a lot more understanding for those that are riding! Share the Road People!!!!
